What did we do?
Project One: Music, Concerts, Jams
Making music through connection, inviting and being invited to tables, dinners, conversations, homes. Jamming with local musicians.

For our final concert, we had the honour to be invited to play in the old village church.
We shared our music and creations, echoing back all the gratefulness and connection we experienced.
After saying farewell to Jindřichovice, we travelled to Prague for a few days and gave a spontaneous concert.
This was the end of our time together, and we said goodbye to each other. Looking forward to the next time…

Project Two: A Painting for Jindřichovice
The stories we listened to, the landscape filled with mountains and fields, the fresh countryside air, painting with the children of the school and learning about the rich history of the village inspired two paintings.
We found the wood panels we painted on in a broken down house, we collected leftover paints from the village people and paint brushes were donated to us by the village mayor.
At the end of our stay, we gifted the two paintings to the village as a thank you for the continuous support and collaboration.
Project Three: Moving Stories
A dream-collaboration with a local artist, openly inviting the community to join us, to dip themselves in paint and dance across a huge piece of paper to live music.
Leading Question: How can dancers and musicians interact through hearing and holding each other in this creative process?

Project Four: Music and Art Workshops with the Ronja Free Democratic School
Nestled at the edge of the village and functioning also as an open-air museum, the free school takes children up to the age of 16 to learn and play together.
Every Thursday we visited the school and hosted a workshop where we sang, danced, painted, played games and even learned Czech together.
